I had a bad experience with Ackerman. However, I accepted them sending me a tech for the second time and I am so glad they did. Ike was the tech and he was amazing. He actually listened to what I had to say and resolved the issue. Ike made the difference for me. I have more peace of mind with... I had a bad experience with Ackerman. Ike made the difference for me. I have more peace of mind with the changes he helped me implement. However, just to be clear the salesman Ben is not someone I would do business with again. Once he gets your money he is out. He says call the office.

My system isn’t set up yet but so far working with Ackerman has been awesome and the the reason is Ean!! You have a great sales rep who is customer focused and honest! He is the reason I went with Ackerman. Ill update my review after the system is installed and used for a couple of months.

Before reaching out I was very frustrated with my system but by the end of the call I felt confident in how to manage my system... Ackerman Security needs more employees like Dee! I spoke with Dee in the loyalty department, she was amazing and has awesome customer service skills and knowledge. I started the conversation very very upset about my service and monthly bill. My intention was to cancel my service. I have not been happy with my service. I spoke with Ms. Dee on... I am very grateful to Ms. Dee for her commitment to serving my issues and making things right by me. Thank you Ms. Dee for your amazing customer service skills and willingness to make things right to the best of your ability.

Allen was our sales person and Tim performed our installation. Both were very professional. They came on time, were informative, clean and very friendly. Allen did not attempt to over sell is as most sales people do. He was honest with what we needed and even showed us how to better secure our... Allen did not attempt to over sell is as most sales people do. He was honest with what we needed and even showed us how to better secure our home even with the security system. Tim was meticulous about installing our system, he ran several tests to be sure it was properly working and was patient in showing us the features. I would highly recommend Ackerman to all my loved ones.

They immediately responded the same day and an appointment was scheduled for a salesman to visit and do an evaluation. He was very prompt and... They immediately responded the same day and an appointment was scheduled for a salesman to visit and do an evaluation. He was very prompt and efficient. Within three days time we had a technician installing our system. Our technician was very professional, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Ackerman to anyone. Not only were they very professional but our monthly bill is half the cost of our previous security system company.
