I had a bad experience with Ackerman. However, I accepted them sending me a tech for the second time and I am so glad they did. Ike was the tech and he was amazing. Once he gets your money he is out. He says call the office.

I had an excellent experience with Ackerman Security from start to finish. I went on-line to submit an inquiry for information on their services. They immediately responded the same day and an appointment was scheduled for a salesman to visit and do an evaluation. He was very prompt and... Within three days time we had a technician installing our system. Our technician was very professional, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Ackerman to anyone. Not only were they very professional but our monthly bill is half the cost of our previous security system company.
My system isn’t set up yet but so far working with Ackerman has been awesome and the the reason is Ean!! You have a great sales rep who is customer focused and honest! He is the reason I went with Ackerman. Ill update my review after the system is installed and used for a couple of months.
