He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all experienced with the equipment being installed. He upgraded my home and trained me on the new equipment in 1.5 hours. All is working perfectly and our monitoring is activated. Thanks for a seamless transition.

Nowhere have I nor you seen the performance of true genius until you witness Brian's remarkable skill at installing security systems. He was here again today. He got my phone to be able to lock or unlock my door so that I don't have to give my security code. He made several important adjustments to .my system, despite the fact that I didn't know or recall many details. I give high praise to this remarkable man. May God Bless him always.
