He was very knowledgeable of all equipment and very patient with my wife as she needed a refresher course on working the key pad. He then took the time of setting up the app and waiting patiently as we inputted all info for our family. All in all he was great at providing all and any information we needed.

Ackerman technician Alex came out today to install a new panel in my home after I switched back to Ackerman Security. It was not my choice in the beginning to leave Ackerman, but my account was transferred to ADT. Once the opportunity presented itself for me to switch back, it was an easy decision. Alex was polite, thorough, and clearly explained everything he was doing and how to operate the new panel. He was also punctual with his arrival time.

Steve was great installer & showed me everything on app & new keyboard. Tanner, the sales rep, even helped since i forgot smoke alarm was part of the full system replacement. Thanks Ackerman, its good to be back with you again!

Completed the transition from ADT to Ackerman Security today. New control panels (see photo) are state of the art! The installer, Steve, was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all experienced with the equipment being installed. He upgraded my home and trained me on the new equipment in 1.5 hours. All is working perfectly and our monitoring is activated. Thanks for a seamless transition.
